Jack Zitlow is the Chairman and co-owner of AZTX Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty's Southwest Market Center in Austin. Alongside the residential team, he works land and commercial real estate across Central Texas, with a focus on the growth corridors between Austin and San Antonio.
Jack's approach starts before a listing exists. He works directly with owners, cities, and counties on the utilities, zoning, and development agreements that determine what a property is actually worth — the constraints most of the market treats as fixed. His first large listing, a 113-acre tract outside New Braunfels, began with a cold call in 2023. When other agents told him it would never trade above the low twenty-thousands per acre, he worked through the water, wastewater, and infrastructure issues, and secured a city-approved development agreement for nearly 500 homes and a commercial corridor — at a valuation roughly three times what the market had told him.
That same discipline runs through the residential side: know the numbers better than anyone else at the table, find the problem before it finds the client, and give a straight answer. Jack backs it with lending and banking relationships and off-market data most agents don't have.
He launched AZTX Realty Group with Aymen Alobaidi because the biggest real estate relationships almost always start on something smaller — a first home, an investment property, a family's move.
