About Aymen Alobaidi

Aymen Alobaidi is a REALTOR® and the President and co-owner of AZTX Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty in Austin, where he leads the team's sales side and trains its agents. In his first three years in real estate, he has closed more than 60 transactions and $40 million in sales volume across the Austin metro. He has been recognized by Platinum Top 500 Austin and named Newcomer of the Year by the Austin Business Journal.

In 2026, he built AZTX Realty Group as a company rather than a solo practice — a residential team with its own systems for search, pricing, and follow-up, so nothing about a client's file waits on a person. The team works the full width of the market: first-time buyers, move-up and relocation clients, investors, and new construction.

Aymen's approach is simple: he does the work, and his clients make the decisions. He brings them the right homes, the right numbers, and the right strategy, and their job is to approve or pass on what he puts in front of them. Everything else — the research, the negotiating, the coordinating, the issue that would have surfaced three days before closing — gets handled in the background, usually before anyone else knows it was there.
